This powerful session challenges us to seize the opportunities God places before us without waiting for perfect conditions. Drawing from Ecclesiastes 11, we're reminded that farmers who wait for perfect weather never plant, and those who watch every cloud never harvest. Life is uncertain and brief—where a tree falls is where it stays—so we must act obediently in the moment rather than making excuses. Isaiah 65 reveals God's heart for relationship, showing us that He answers before we even call and hears while we're still speaking. Yet we're warned against offering God 'mixed wine'—continuing in sin after receiving revelation. The reading from 2 Chronicles 35 illustrates the importance of staying in our lane, as King Josiah's tragic death came from fighting a battle that wasn't his. When we operate outside our calling, we leave our assigned station unattended and risk disaster. The thread running through all these passages is clear: God has positioned each of us on specific mountains of influence—whether religion, family, education, government, media, arts, or business—and He's calling us to occupy those spaces with excellence, not to strive for positions He hasn't assigned us. We must remove excuses, cease striving, and trust that God goes before us in all things.
