Passionate, authentic, and creative, Justin Williams is a purpose-driven leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for sustainable change. He is the Vice President of The Plate Project, a nonprofit committed to feeding children in Petion-Ville, Haiti, and expanding efforts to fight food insecurity globally.
Justin is also a multi-location franchise owner of Parlor Doughnuts, where he integrates a Business as Mission approach—using entrepreneurship as a platform to create jobs, build community, and live out his faith in practical, impactful ways.
He is the founder and owner of Old Chapel Networks, a management consulting company that helps small business owners and leaders grow through culture-driven strategy, operational structure, and organizational development.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Southern Indiana and is currently completing his Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Liberty University. A husband and father of two, he leads with heart, vision, and a deep desire to to see people and organizations thrive.
