Whether he's behind the mic on My Daily Bread: The Podcast, planning powerful gatherings, or mentoring future ministers through the Legacy School of Ministry, Ron blends heart, strategy, and Spirit with a style all his own. A visionary, a creative and a shepherd at heart - Ron lives to glorify Jesus and help others do the same.

Passionate, authentic, and creative, Justin Williams is a purpose-driven leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for sustainable change. He is the Vice President of The Plate Project, a nonprofit committed to feeding children in Petion-Ville, Haiti, and expanding efforts to fight food insecurity globally.
Justin is also a multi-location franchise owner of Parlor Doughnuts, where he integrates a Business as Mission approach—using entrepreneurship as a platform to create jobs, build community, and live out his faith in practical, impactful ways.
He is the founder and owner of Old Chapel Networks, a management consulting company that helps small business owners and leaders grow through culture-driven strategy, operational structure, and organizational development.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Southern Indiana and is currently completing his Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Liberty University. A husband and father of two, he leads with heart, vision, and a deep desire to to see people and organizations thrive.

Penny Pace is a beloved mother, mentor, and worship leader who previously served on the Lead Pastoral Team at River of Life, where she and her late husband, Pastor Bryan Pace, faithfully led as Senior Pastors from 2004 to 2022. A devoted wife, Penny stood alongside Pastor Bryan in over 40 years of impactful ministry across Oklahoma, Arizona, and around the world. She is the proud mom of two beautiful daughters, Lauren and Elizabeth, and bonus son Ron, and is affectionately known as “Mimi” to her grandchildren, Colby and Cristiano.
In 1990, Penny and Bryan pioneered the River of Life Worship Arts Department, cultivating a passionate culture of worship.0 With her angelic voice and unwavering heart for God’s presence, Penny continues to lead others into authentic encounters with Jesus through worship, legacy, and love.

Micah Rickles is Lead Pastor at Lift Church in Venice, Florida. He's been in pastoral ministry for over 20 years. Beyond his role as pastor, Micah along with his beautiful wife Megan, share the beautiful journey of raising seven wonderful children, adding an extra layer of warmth and love to their lives. His leadership isn't just about guiding a congregation; it's about fostering genuine connections within the church family globally.
Anabel Delgado

Anabel Delgado serves as the Treasurer of the My Daily Bread Global Board of Directors. A finance graduate of Arizona State University, Anabel brings both skill and stewardship to the ministry’s financial leadership. She is the devoted wife of Phillip Delgado and proud mother of three amazing children — Riquette, Damian, and Maverick. Anabel is currently the Senior Accountant of Girl Scouts of America- Arizona. With a heart for faith and family, Anabel is committed to advancing the mission of My Daily Bread with excellence and integrity.
