In this powerful session, we journey through Ezekiel 22, John 11, 1 Timothy 6, and Daniel 11, discovering profound truths about God's heart for restoration and our calling as His people. The central message that emerges is both convicting and hopeful: God desires to purify us not to destroy us, but to use us again. Like metals gathered in a furnace for recycling, the Lord melts away our impurities so we can be reshaped for His purposes. We're challenged by the sobering reality that God's greatest grief isn't just our sin—it's that we've forgotten Him. In our busyness doing ministry and good works, have we neglected time with the One who called us? The resurrection of Lazarus provides a beautiful framework for understanding our ministry assignment: we're called to remove the stones of death sentences from people's lives and unbind them from their grave clothes. Instead of rehearsing why someone is a sinner, we're commissioned to help them put on robes of righteousness. This isn't about shame or finger-pointing; it's about crying out, 'God, have mercy on me, a sinner.' As we read these passages through the lens of the New Covenant, we're stirred to pray for Israel and recognize that the church has been grafted into God's family—not as replacements, but as joint heirs. The call is clear: know your God, stand firm, and take action, for even evil has its end, but our God reigns forever.
