This powerful session takes us on a journey from rejection to redemption through Ezekiel 16, where God paints a vivid picture of His relentless love for us. We're confronted with the uncomfortable truth of where we came from—abandoned, naked, and wallowing in our own brokenness. Yet God didn't leave us there. He saw us in our lowest state and declared 'Live!' He clothed us in beauty, crowned us with dignity, and entered into covenant with us. This isn't just ancient history; it's our personal testimony. The question that echoes throughout is: where did Jesus find you? What darkness did He pull you from? The chapter doesn't shy away from our tendency toward spiritual adultery—how we take the gifts God gave us and use them for everything except honoring Him. But the most stunning truth emerges at the end: despite our unfaithfulness, God remembers His covenant with us. He establishes an everlasting covenant that doesn't depend on our performance but on His unchanging character. We're called to remember our origins not to live in shame, but to live in gratitude. And if Christ pulled us from the pit, shouldn't we be pulling others out too? The call to become Christ-like means covering the naked, naming the nameless, and giving identity to those society has rejected.
