This powerful session takes us deep into Deuteronomy 10, where we discover God's incredible mercy through Moses' second chance on the mountain. When Moses shattered the first tablets in anger, God didn't reject him—He invited him back up with instructions to build an ark of acacia wood and receive the commandments again. This beautiful picture of redemption reminds us that God's mercies are new every morning, and He continues to give us opportunities to return to Him. The acacia wood, durable through weather and adversity, symbolizes our humanity—God wants to place His word not in gold-encased perfection, but in our human hearts. We're challenged with a direct question: What does God require of us? The answer is clear—to fear Him, walk in obedience, love Him, serve Him with all our heart and soul, and follow His commands. But here's the stunning truth: it's all for our own good. God also calls us to circumcise our hearts, moving beyond external religion to internal transformation. This isn't just about changing our actions; it's about letting God renovate our inner being so that the beauty radiates outward. As we examine where God is sending us today—whether to our prayer closet, our families, our communities, or the marketplace—we must ask ourselves: Are we bringing our hearts to God as something He can work with?
